Cloaking

Cloaking is showing a particular webpage with different contents to humans and search engines. The purpose is to have the web page ranked high for keywords and use the traffic to endorse unrelated services and products. This spam practice will get you banned or penalized on all search engines.

Sandbox

Googlebots pay a frequent visit to the web in search of new websites. These new websites are separately indexed which is known as sandbox. The websites in this sandbox will not appear when a search result appears for normal queries. Google has to confirm the legitimacy of the site and then it is moved to the main index.
